Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Community Relations & Marketing Coordinator to join our assisted living community. This role is primarily focused on marketing, admissions, community outreach, and resident relations, while using LVN experience to help support prospective residents and families through the move-in process. Requirements
  • Active California LVN license in good standing
  • Assisted living, senior living, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable conducting tours, outreach, and follow-up
  • Marketing, sales, admissions, or community relations experience preferred Primary Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective residents and families
  • Conduct community tours and assist with admissions and move-ins
  • Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, and other referral sources
  • Represent the community at networking and outreach events
  • Assist with marketing events, open houses, and promotional activities
  • Track leads, tours, referrals, and admissions
  • Support resident and family communication during the transition process
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams regarding incoming residents
  • Assist with marketing materials, social media, and community communications
  • Support occupancy and census development goals
  • Other duties as assigned
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
