Full Job Description Job Description:
Renaud's Patisserie & Bistro is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Office Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy a balanced role that combines creative work with day-to-day office support, this position is for you! As a Marketing & Office Coordinator, you will play an important role in maintaining organized office operations while supporting the development of thoughtful marketing materials and brand content. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and creatively driven, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with care and consistency. If you are proactive, collaborative, and take pride in producing high-quality work that supports both team operations and brand growth, we would love to meet you. Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations Manage schedules, calendars, and coordinate meetings or appointments Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report preparation Coordinate office supplies and place orders as needed Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects Prepare and distribute internal communications or documents Create and manage email marketing campaigns Design promotional materials, ads, packaging, labels, stickers, and menu boards using Adobe Creative Suite Update and maintain website content (homepage, product pages, etc.) Plan and execute product and brand photography, including editing Manage and grow social media presence across platforms Create and manage content for Gelson's TV/in-store digital screens
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office coordination experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp or similar platforms) Strong understanding of website content management (experience Shopify preferred) Experience with social media management and content creation across multiple platforms Basic photography and photo editing skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding consistency Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Occasionally available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time.
