Teserac, Inc. builds an AI-native platform for data center observability, intelligence, and workflow automation, helping operators monitor and manage mission-critical power and infrastructure systems. We work at the intersection of software, infrastructure, and AI to help customers operate complex environments with greater visibility and confidence. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys balancing creative marketing work with hands-on coordination. As Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will help bring Teserac's brand to life through events and digital content, supporting initiatives that strengthen market presence and connect the business with customers and prospects. Responsibilities Support event planning and logistics for trade shows, customer events, and field marketing activities. Coordinate event execution end to end, working with internal teams and external vendors to keep plans on track. Manage social media calendars and help maintain a consistent publishing rhythm across channels. Create and distribute social media content, including basic photography and videography assets. Capture and edit basic photo and video content to support marketing campaigns and event coverage. Requirements Experience coordinating trade shows or customer events and handling event logistics end to end. Background supporting field marketing, ideally in a startup environment. Experience managing social media calendars and creating and distributing social media content. Comfortable using social scheduling platforms, event platforms, and CRM tools. Hands-on with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, along with basic photo and video editing software. Experience working closely with founders or executives, sales, product marketing, external vendors, and event attendees or prospects. Fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States. Available for weekend travel and work. Experience in B2B SaaS focused on AI, data center, and infrastructure environments is a plus.
