In this role, you will be instrumental in executing innovative marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and driving brand awareness across multiple channels. Your enthusiasm and creativity will help us connect with our target audiences, boost engagement, and generate demand for our products and services. Duties Assist in developing and managing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing and digital advertising campaigns such as Meta, Tiktok and Pinterest Conduct web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior for data-driven decision making. Listing new products on multiple ecommerce platforms such as shopify, amazon, walmart, target and more. Help sales teams in required data and reports to customers Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing projects from inception through completion while adhering to budgets and deadlines. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish. Proven experience or strong familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro. Hands-on experience with social media marketing—including Facebook Advertising—and managing multichannel campaigns across various platforms. Experience in B2B wholesale/distribution data and reporting requirements. Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus but not required. Prior experience in B2B beauty is a plus but not required.
