In-person inside major retail stores We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent our clients inside major retail locations, connect with customers face-to-face, and provide information about current services and promotions. No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers face-to-face inside assigned retail stores Explain current services and promotional offers Identify interested customers Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience Meet individual and team performance goals Participate in sales, leadership, and professional-development training

Compensation:

This position offers a base pay versus performance structure. Employees receive either their guaranteed base pay or their earned commission—whichever amount is higher for that pay period. This provides the stability of guaranteed compensation with the opportunity to earn more through strong performance. Additional performance-based bonuses may also be available.

Range:

$600 - $1,100 per week
