About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Director across a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with foundational marketing experience who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and enjoys collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment. You will gain hands-on experience in enterprise social marketing, content creation, CRM management, website administration, campaign execution, and marketing performance reporting while supporting a growing, high-performing marketing department. What You'll Do Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day marketing projects and campaign execution Assist with enterprise social marketing, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and brand consistency Support content marketing initiatives across multiple channels Help manage CRM communications, including email and SMS campaigns Support website administration, landing pages, and seasonal promotions Assist with paid media campaigns and local marketing initiatives Create and edit marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support promotions and company initiatives Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels What We're Looking For 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, including internships or entry-level roles Basic understanding of digital, social, and content marketing Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer communication tools Comfort using LLMs (AI tools) for content creation, research, and optimization Ability to follow directions, accept feedback, and execute efficiently Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams Clear written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have (Not Required) Home services or local marketing experience Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Photography and basic photo editing experience Exposure to paid advertising or analytics platforms Search Engine Optimization, AI search, and LLM seeding Content marketing experience Why Work at Cooper Family-owned company with a collaborative, supportive culture Strong opportunity for professional growth as the marketing department and company continue to expand Hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing with direct exposure to leadership Opportunity to help shape and scale marketing initiatives in a rapidly growing organization Competitive salary and benefits Hybrid work flexibility after 90 days Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance Long-Term Disability Coverage FSA Health Care and Dependent Care Accounts Additional Accident, Hospital, and Critical Illness Coverage 401(k) with a generous 3% company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Training stipends Team events, community involvement, and a values-driven culture To be considered for this position, a cover letter is required.
