About Us Highlands Spa is a locally owned luxury medical spa and esthetics studio dedicated to helping our community look and feel their best. We're growing quickly and are looking for someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, and becoming an active part of the local community. This is not a behind-the-desk marketing position. We're looking for someone who gets excited about introducing themselves to new people, building partnerships with local businesses, attending community events, and helping Highlands Spa become a well-known name in Highlands Ranch. If you've never met a stranger, keep reading. What You'll Do Your mission is simple: Help make Highlands Spa the most recognized spa in our community.

Responsibilities include:

Visit local businesses to introduce Highlands Spa and build relationships. Develop partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, boutiques, salons, coffee shops, real estate agents, and other local businesses. Create mutually beneficial promotions and referral programs. Represent Highlands Spa at networking events, community events, grand openings, and local festivals. Plan and coordinate events hosted at/by Highlands Spa. Identify sponsorship and community outreach opportunities. Build relationships that generate new clients and increase brand awareness. Capture photos and short videos while attending events, visiting businesses, and participating in community activities. Share authentic behind-the-scenes content on Instagram Stories, Reels, and posts that highlight our partnerships, events, and community involvement. Report on outreach efforts and suggest new partnership ideas. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Loves talking to people and making new connections. Can confidently walk into a business they've never visited and introduce themselves. Is outgoing, energetic, and genuinely enjoys networking. Is self-motivated and doesn't need someone telling them what to do every day. Is creative and always thinking of new partnership or event ideas. Is comfortable taking photos and videos on a smartphone and posting engaging social media content. Is organized, dependable, and follows through on commitments. Has reliable transportation.
