Create and adapt compelling content that advances service-line, provider, recruitment, community-engagement, and organizational objectives. Monitor channels; exercise judgment in responding to or routing comments and messages, and promptly escalate patient concerns or compliance-sensitive matters to the appropriate team. Analyze engagement, reach, growth, and campaign performance; identify trends and recommend adjustments to improve marketing effectiveness. Website & Vendor Management Lead relationships with website, design, print, and other marketing vendors; establish priorities, communicate requirements, and hold partners accountable for quality, timing, and brand alignment. Determine and prioritize website and digital-content updates, including provider bios, service-line pages, locations, hours, and announcements; review content for accuracy, consistency, and audience relevance. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate scope and timelines, and recommend vendor selection and spending priorities within approved budgets; assess deliverables and resolve quality or performance issues. Brand Management Serve as a key steward of OnPoint brand standards, interpreting and applying approved logo, color, typography, and voice requirements across materials, channels, and sites.
