This role plays a key part in bringing marketing strategies to life through strong coordination, content execution, and cross-functional support. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being hands-on, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute day-to-day marketing activities across social media, YouTube, podcast, and website platforms.
  • Coordinate and support planning, promotion, and execution of virtual and in-person events and webinars.
  • Assist with content creation and distribution, including blogs, emails, and marketing materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns through CRM tools, including audience segmentation, email coordination, and follow-up.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead flow, and event metrics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategy and planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. A background in creative content and design is preferred, including creating assets in alignment with brand standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and design (Canva) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Interest in real estate, investing, or financial services is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for the position is approximated to be $55,000 to $70,000. Actual pay will be based on the skills and experience of each candidate. Eligible employees are offered a full suite of benefit options including comprehensive health and life benefits and 401(k) plan.
