FELE. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Marketing Finance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of marketing for trips, events, meetings and sponsorship programs. This position is responsible for managing event-related financial transactions, including expense processing, payment reconciliation, vendor and customer invoicing, and sponsorship billing. The role also maintains accurate financial records within our systems while providing reporting and analytical support to help monitor budgets, track revenue, and improve performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across finance, events, and marketing teams. Success in this role requires proficiency with financial systems and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter and reconcile receipts from meetings, trips, events and other events team needs Send and process vendor invoices and customer invoices for sponsorships, co-op marketing, and event costs Ensure all invoices and entries are accurate and coded to proper GLs Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Assist with month-end reporting and expense reconciliation Help with creation and maintenance of reports and Phocas dashboards on event costs, sponsorship revenue, and budget performance Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Partner with marketing, events, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and reporting
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrates strong project management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, combined with excellent interpersonal skills. If not located in Billings MT or Denver CO, ability to travel quarterly for a week to one of these locations.

$65,000.00 per year
