September 2026 Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting a wide variety of marketing, sales support, e-commerce, and communication initiatives across both B2B and direct-to-consumer channels. This position is responsible for coordinating marketing materials, maintaining product information, supporting sales teams, managing digital content, and ensuring the timely execution of marketing programs. The Marketing Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. This role works closely with marketing, sales, design, and external partners to support business objectives and enhance customer engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Product Marketing and Sales Support Coordinate the development of catalogs, flyers, and related marketing materials, including copywriting, proofreading, editing, and content review. Collaborate with graphic designers to support the creation and production of print and digital marketing assets. Prepare and maintain sales and product information for digital sales tools, including Emun1 and HubSpot platforms. Manage product content and detailed product requirements within Shopify B2B and direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms. Manage company social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, campaign execution, and coordination with graphic designers on branded content. Support Amazon Store operations and other online marketplaces through content implementation, maintenance, and performance tracking. Coordinate product sample programs for sales representatives, including order entry and fulfillment activities within SAP. Maintain and distribute sales support resources, including order forms, price sheets, UPC documentation, and product information materials. Ensure assignments and projects are completed accurately and within established production schedules and deadlines. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, programs, and operational effectiveness. Marketing Communications Prepare and distribute weekly updates regarding discontinued products, product availability, and other product-related communications. Communicate product updates, pricing revisions, and UPC changes to sales agencies and external representatives. Coordinate and maintain updates regarding products sourced from third-party suppliers and distributors. Assist in the development and distribution of clear, accurate, and timely communications to internal and external sales partners. Trade Shows and Special Projects Coordinate trade show preparations, including registration, product ordering, shipping logistics, inventory coordination, and event planning. Support ongoing updates and enhancements to Shopify e-commerce platforms. Assist with product and display photography sessions as needed. Maintain the company's internal greeting card library and employee display program. Provide support on additional marketing projects and initiatives as assigned. Education and Experience Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum of three years of experience in a professional marketing, sales support, or business environment. Experience coordinating detailed projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Experience proofreading and reviewing content for accuracy and consistency. Experience supporting digital marketing, e-commerce, or online sales programs. Familiarity with CRM and business systems; SAP experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Canva, Shopify, HubSpot, and related marketing platforms is preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Technical aptitude and ability to learn and utilize business software applications and e-commerce platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Proactive approach to identifying improvements and implementing solutions. Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively Tools and Equipment Used Personal computer and standard office equipment. Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. SAP, Shopify, HubSpot, Canva, and other marketing and e-commerce platforms as required Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Primarily office-based work environment. Compensation and Benefits Annual Salary Range:

$60,000 - $75,000 Benefits include medical, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other company-sponsored benefits.
