Job Description
The Ticketing Intern will gain experience by supporting the Ticketing Department with the day-to-day operations in the areas of Season Ticket Memberships, Guest Services, Member Experiences, Ticket Operations and Gameday experiences.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to Season Ticket Members, Premium Club Members, Suite Owners and fans
- Assist the Ticketing Department with written and verbal communications to Season Ticket Members, Premium Club Members, Suite Owners and fans
- Assist in planning and executing Member experiences and events, including setup, event operations, post-game surveys and tracking results in Salesforce CRM
- Perform various clerical duties including filing, fulfillment of mailing projects, and distribution of mail
- Assist with gameday duties including in-person customer visits, phone inquiries, seat adjustments, replacement tickets and relocations
- Accurately utilize AXS Back Office ticketing software and Salesforce CRM to manage customer accounts
- Update data, notes, and requests and process payments in AXS
- Gain an understanding of skills used to successfully manage Member accounts and retain current members
- Serve as a liaison between the Ticketing Department and other internal departments
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills
- Passion for working in sports, working in a team environment and interacting with fans
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Internship Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Sheets
- Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
- Working towards a four-year college degree or graduate degree
- Housing and transportation in the Northern Colorado area
- Ability to work an event-driven schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- Comfortable with face-face, in-person experiences with fans
