Practice Concierge & Marketing Coordinator

A provider-owned modern medspa is seeking a polished, proactive, and creative individual to serve as the right hand of the practice owner. This role blends front-of-house hospitality, executive-level support, and hands-on marketing — making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable welcoming patients and managing a social media calendar. What You'll Do Patient Experience & Front Desk Serve as the first impression of the practice — warmly greeting patients and managing check-in/checkout Answer phones and the practice email inbox; follow up with leads and patient inquiries Manage scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling Take and upload patient photos per provider direction Executive & Calendar Support Manage the owner's calendar, including appointments, rep meetings, and training/education RSVPs Serve as a reliable personal support contact (occasional personal tasks for owner) Coordinate scheduling for after-hours events and team gatherings Marketing & Creative Manage and grow the practice's social media presence Support website updates and general marketing initiatives Take high-quality in-office photography for content use Create and maintain the common area TV promotional deck (providers and products) Contribute creative ideas to the patient and guest experience Operations & Office Management Manage inventory — ordering, tracking, and maintaining office and treatment supplies Handle rep appointment requests and relationships Ensure the guest space is immaculate: candles, coffee, music, air fresheners, kitchen stocking Conduct previous-day patient follow-up You're a
