Our focus is on designing products with clean lines and timeless style that celebrate nature's beauty while respecting the environment. Job Summary Verterra is hiring for a small team of coordinators to support our sales function and customer relationships. This job description covers three hires who will share a common core of responsibilities, with some variation in additional duties depending on individual strengths. This is a generalist environment at a lean, fast-moving company. We need people who can wear a lot of hats and jump in wherever help is needed. Duties Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and set up customer meetings Call existing customers proactively to check in on reorders and keep accounts active Provide general office and operational support as needed — this role flexes to cover gaps across a small team Be a friendly, reliable point of contact that customers enjoy hearing from Additional Responsibilities (Varies by Hire) Depending on individual skill set, some team members will also take on: Creating graphics and marketing collateral (social posts, flyers, sales materials. Supporting direct marketing efforts (campaigns, outreach materials, follow-ups) What We're Looking For Energetic and bubbly personality, genuinely upbeat, engaging, and enjoys being the face of the company Strong communication skills, comfortable and warm on the phone with customers Front-desk mentality: the first friendly voice/face for customers and visitors, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to juggle multiple priorities, follow through, and keep nothing from falling through the cracks Good with follow-through on reorder timing Self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a small-company environment Positive, personable attitude, someone customers and the team genuinely like working with Must be able to work in-office in Connecticut Nice to Have Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) Social media experience Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or marketing coordination Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
