You'll help implement marketing campaigns, organize events, and boost local and national brand awareness while acting as a key resource for franchise owners.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and community channels Support the Marketing Director with planning, budgeting, and campaign analysis Communicate marketing plans, deliverables, and deadlines to franchise teams Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements Collaborate with vendors to produce marketing materials Ensure compliance with brand standards Train and support franchise owners on marketing best practices Serve as primary contact for franchisees, offering guidance and assistance Coordinate onboarding for new franchisees
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2+ years marketing experience (franchise/multi-unit preferred) Proficiency in MS Office, social media, and marketing automation tools Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills Ability to multitask and travel as needed Healthcare/service industry background is a plus Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
