Boca Raton / Delray Beach / Fort Lauderdale, FL We're launching a new nightlife and social experiences company focused on turning restaurants, lounges, and nightlife venues into unforgettable weekly events. We're looking for outgoing, socially connected individuals who love meeting people, attending events, and helping create incredible experiences and love nightlife. This is not a traditional desk job. You'll be plugged into the nightlife scene and have access to some of the hottest venues in South Florida. If you're the person who always knows where everyone is going on a Thursday night, enjoys social media, and naturally brings people together, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Attend weekly events (typically evenings and weekends) Find the best nightlife locations for our events Welcome guests and help create a fun, inclusive atmosphere Invite friends and build your own guest list Help create unique socially shareable environments Create Instagram Stories and short videos during events Assist with birthday groups and VIP reservations Help with event check-in and guest engagement Represent the brand professionally at all times Ideal Candidates Ages 21+ but younger welcome to apply Comfortable in social settings Reliable and punctual Active on Instagram, Snap and/or TikTok Enjoy nightlife, restaurants, and events Have a strong local network (a plus) Previous experience in hospitality, promotions, modeling, fitness, sales, or social media is a plus—but not required Compensation $100-$150+ per event with bonuses for bringing guests, birthdays groups, and table reservations Opportunities for advancement into Lead Host, Event Manager, and Regional Director positions as we grow About Us We help restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues transform underperforming nights into thriving social experiences through event production, social media marketing, and community building.
