Marketing Coordinator Role summary The Marketing Coordinator is the practice's boots-on-the-ground growth engine: running community events, capturing photo and video content, and building referral relationships with local businesses door to door. The single measure that matters is new patients.
Company:
Peak Chiropractic Spine & Headache Center Locations:
Celebration and Clermont, FL (covers both offices) Reports to: GM /
Operations Director Type:
Full-time, hourly
Travel:
Daily local driving between offices, events, and businesses This is not a hand-holding position. We want someone who tests ideas, tracks what works, drops what doesn't, and shows up with a plan. Core responsibilities1.
Events:
set up, coordinate, and run Build a 30-day event plan each month and submit it to the Director for approval before anything is booked or paid for.
Source events:
health fairs, community days, gyms, corporate wellness days, HOA and church events, youth sports, running clubs.
Handle all logistics:
registration, booth fees (pre-approved), signage, printed materials, giveaways, setup and teardown. Staff the booth, run screenings or offers approved by the doctors, and capture every lead (name, phone, interest, event) the same day. Book leads into the schedule or hand them to the front desk within 24 hours. 2. Photo and video content Shoot photos and video at every event, business visit, and in-office moment that fits the content plan. Deliver raw and edited content to Director for approval before anything is posted. Nothing goes live without sign-off. Organize content in the shared drive by date, location, and event. Confirm a signed Patient Media & Testimonial Release Form is on file before filming or photographing any patient. 3. B2B relationships — door to door Walk local businesses in both markets every week: gyms, CrossFit and yoga studios, salons, spas, massage therapists, personal trainers, youth sports clubs, and employers.
Build referral and co-marketing relationships:
flyer placement, lunch-and-learns, employee wellness days, cross-promotions. Keep a running spreadsheet for each office of every business visited: who you talked to, when, what was discussed, and the next step. Re-visit active relationships on a set cadence so they don't go cold. Attorney relationships belong to Dr. Brenan. You may support tracking at his direction but do not initiate contact with law offices. 4. Planning and reporting Submit a monthly event plan for approval before booking anything. Keep daily logs of business visits and leads for each office. Report weekly on activity and where new patients are coming from. Follow HIPAA and practice policies on patient privacy and media releases. Required 1-2 years in outreach, events, community marketing, or sales with a track record you can show in numbers. Comfortable walking into a business cold and starting a conversation. Can shoot and do basic edits on photo and short-form video from a phone. Organized enough to keep daily logs current without being chased. Valid Florida driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. Available for some evenings and weekends when events require it. Preferred Healthcare, fitness, or wellness background. Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. Familiarity with HIPAA or a patient-facing role.
