Responsibilities Represent HomeWell professionally within the healthcare and senior care communities. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective referral sources. Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for assigned service areas. Identify and participate in community events, networking opportunities, health fairs, and other outreach initiatives. Foster strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, physicians, case managers, and other referral partners. Manage and maintain the agency's social media platforms to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and online presence. Support sales and business development efforts by identifying new growth opportunities. Track marketing activities and maintain accurate records of referral and outreach efforts. Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous marketing, healthcare, sales, or customer service experience is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, confident, and personable with outstanding relationship-building abilities. Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing exceptional service. Proficiency with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
