Description:
To support the marketing, communications, stewardship and recognition leader(s) and teams in the coordination of campaigns, donor stewardship and recognition touchpoints, planning, programming, and maintaining inventory of promotional materials, expense tracking and request management. Provides support with capital campaign development needs and represents Foundation at selected events, during and outside of regular business hours. Collaborates with Foundation and Baptist Health stakeholders in the implementation of various internal/external facing projects and campaigns. Excellent communications and writing skills are required. Must work independently with little supervision. Works effectively in a team environment and regularly exercises judgment and discretion. This position reports to the Foundation's Marketing Strategies Director. Estimated pay range for this position is $25.88
  • $32.
87 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
Associates.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in journalism, communications, marketing, public relations or related field. A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, PR/communications with an agency or corporation required. Must be detailed-oriented, highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Raiser's Edge and design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. ) a plus. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as required. Bilingual a plus. In office 5-day work schedule.
