We are a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of smart hardware, advertising technology, and e-commerce. Our flagship products include glove dispensers installed across multiple locations that display advertising content on digital banners, powered by AI-driven campaign management. We also sell glove dispensers and disposable gloves across major online marketplaces worldwide. We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy young professional who is eager to grow with us. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
App Launch & AI-Powered Advertising Platform Support the launch and ongoing operation of our proprietary app for selling advertising space on dispenser banners across multiple physical locations Coordinate AI-driven ad campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and assist with optimization Implement and manage advertising campaigns on social networks (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth product rollout Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements 2. E-Commerce Sales (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress & more) Manage product listings for glove dispensers and disposable gloves on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, AliExpress, and other platforms Optimize listings with keywords, images, A+ content, and competitive pricing strategies Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and handle order fulfillment logistics Analyze competitor activity, marketplace trends, and sales data to improve rankings and conversions Run sponsored ad campaigns on Amazon PPC and similar marketplace advertising tools 3. Customer Service Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, marketplace messaging, and social media Resolve order issues, returns, refunds, and complaints with a customer-first approach Collect and manage customer reviews and feedback; identify patterns to improve products and service Maintain high seller ratings across all marketplace platforms 4. Administrative Support Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, vendor communications, and basic bookkeeping coordination Maintain organized digital records, CRM data, and operational documentation Support scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination of internal and external meetings Help research new tools, platforms, and AI solutions that can improve team productivity
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education & Experience Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience 0-2 years of professional experience; internships in digital marketing, e-commerce, or sales are a strong plus Required Skills Solid command of social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn) Familiarity with at least one major marketplace (Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or AliExpress) Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Jasper, or similar) to increase productivity Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a significant plus in Miami) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and/or Microsoft Office Desired Attributes Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do Tech enthusiast who actively follows new tools and platforms and is eager to adopt them
