This is not a traditional childcare position . Our team members are part host, part event crew, part customer-service professional, and part creative problem solver. Our busiest days are Saturday and Sunday , and we are primarily hiring team members who can work weekend birthday parties and events. Responsibilities include:

Helping host and operate children's birthday parties and special events Providing exceptional customer service to children, parents, and guests Helping children with art, craft, sensory, and science activities Preparing activity stations and project materials before events Monitoring stations and anticipating what guests or teammates may need Resetting and turning over spaces quickly between activities and parties Restocking and organizing art supplies and project materials Assisting with party and event setup and breakdown Keeping the studio exceptionally clean and organized Wiping surfaces and windows, vacuuming, mopping, removing trash, and completing other routine cleaning tasks Helping ensure the studio maintains our high standards for safety, presentation, and guest experience The Right Personality Matters We can teach you how our projects work. What is much harder to teach is work ethic, urgency, awareness, reliability, and the desire to take care of people . We are looking for team members who don't stand around waiting to be told what to do. You should naturally look around, recognize what needs attention, and jump in. Most shifts are connected to birthday parties and events and are concentrated on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional weekday, camp, holiday, and special-event shifts may also become available.
