Outside Sales & Marketing Representative Lakeland, FL (Field-Based) Full-Time | $45K-$50K Base + Uncapped Bonus + Gas Allowance About the Role A growing healthcare practice is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales & Marketing Rep to build relationships and drive new patient referrals. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on partnering with personal injury attorneys and legal offices in the local market. What You'll Do Build and manage relationships with personal injury law firms Generate 35-40 new patient referrals/month Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and outreach Attend networking events + community outreach initiatives Plan client engagement (drop-ins, lunches, events) Track outreach activity and referral performance What This Role Looks Like Majority of time spent on the road visiting offices Monday in-office meetings , rest of week in the field Heavy focus on relationship-building (not cold calling) Fast-paced, goal-driven environment Qualifications 1-2+ years in outside sales / business development Experience working with personal injury attorneys preferred Healthcare background is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter, competitive, and goal-oriented Valid driver's license required Compensation & Perks $45K-$50K base + uncapped monthly bonus Gas allowance Health insurance + 401(k) PTO + holidays Ideal Candidate Outgoing, confident, and proactive Comfortable with face-to-face sales + networking Not afraid to walk into offices and build relationships Thrives in a performance-based role
