Job Description
Trusted Touch Concierge Care is a premium private-pay concierge nursing practice founded by a local RN, serving Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers. We are seeking a polished, relationship-driven Marketing & Business Development Representative to grow our referral network. What You'll Do Visit hospitals, surgical centers, physician offices, senior living communities, and elder law/estate planning firms to introduce our services Build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, directors, and office managers Plan and represent the company at marketing events, lunch-and-learns, and networking functions Track outreach activity and report referral leads to the founder What We're Looking For Healthcare sales, liaison, or marketing experience preferred (home health, hospice, senior living, medical device, or pharma background a strong plus) Existing SW Florida relationships with physicians, discharge planners, or senior living professionals preferred Polished, professional presence appropriate for a luxury healthcare brand Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation for travel throughout Naples and surrounding areas Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only position. Commission is earned on new paying clients you refer who sign on for services. No base salary — uncapped earning potential for a results-driven self-starter.
