Job Purpose RIPCO Real Estate is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join its growing, entrepreneurial Florida Investment Sales team! The Marketing Coordinator will support the Florida Investment Sales team in the Tampa office to expand RIPCO's growth and presence in the Florida market. In this fast-paced role, you will aid top-tier real estate professionals with the production design of high-quality marketing collateral, provide administrative support, and facilitate daily operations tasks with guidance and support from senior Marketing members. This position reports directly to our Executive Vice President in Investment Sales. Key Responsibilities Work within brand guidelines and company-wide templates to lay out and produce various marketing collaterals. Such items include, but are not limited to, offering memoranda, signage, investment sales proposals, maps, social media posts, and email blast campaigns Prepare high-quality design assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other programs as needed Prepare final, circulation-ready (for both print and web) marketing materials Manage multiple projects from initiation to production, ensuring deadlines are met Maintain website marketing materials and other property page updates on our company website Coordinate uploads or transfers of marketing materials to third-party commercial real estate information platforms, verifying information is accurate and up to date Coordinate projects involving external vendors, including out-of-house signage requests Assist brokers with requests, like preparing client-related documents, and formatting Word and Excel documents Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies Entry-level proficiency in production design, graphic design, or marketing Some experience in Adobe CC applications is preferred - mainly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Working proficiency or familiarity with online content creation programs (e.g., Marq.com, Canva) is a plus Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus Knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Wrike) is a plus Working knowledge of web content management systems is a plus Ability to collaborate and accept design direction and guidance with professionalism is essential Experience working in a team environment is preferred About You You're highly organized and detail-oriented, you self-check your work, keep files in order, and can juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines. You work well in a collaborative, open-office environment, are respectful of teammates and process, are comfortable with a diverse group of co-workers, and bring a positive, can-do attitude. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$40,000 - $50,000 On Site in our Tampa office
