Business Development Center Representative

Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and existing customers, driving new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts and building strong relationships. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our customer base, promote our products and services, and contribute to achieving sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting growth in the automotive industry and beyond. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new sales leads and expand the sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Present product features, benefits, and financing options confidently to dealership partners and end customers via phone or in person. Negotiate deals effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Support the sales team with inventory management, CRM system updates, and tracking sales activities to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams on dealership experience, inventory control, and automotive financing options to streamline the sales process. Qualifications Multilingual abilities are a plus; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently. Experience with CRM software, automotive financing options, inventory management, and retail math is desirable. Ability to perform high-end sales activities including upselling, deal closing, and customer relationship building. Outbound sales experience such as cold calling or dealership experience is advantageous. $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 33.0 per week
