This position combines community outreach, referral relationship building, and office coordination to support our mission of providing exceptional care to seniors and families throughout Metro Atlanta. Friday Preferred Hours:

11:00 AM - 4:00 PM 5

Hours Per Day Starting Pay:

$16.00 per Hour Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities ✔ Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, physicians, social workers, and community organizations ✔Conduct community outreach and networking activities ✔ Represent A BrightLiving Homecare Services at community events ✔ Assist with referral development and relationship management ✔ Answer incoming calls and assist prospective clients and families ✔ Schedule RN assessments and caregiver interviews ✔ Support caregiver onboarding, scheduling, and office operations ✔ Maintain accurate records and documentation ✔ Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and referral partners Qualifications ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality ✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ✅ Healthcare, homecare, customer service, sales, or office experience preferred ✅ Reliable transportation required ✅ Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
