America's Leader in Home Care, Visiting Angels, is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Lead who will be responsible for New Business and Community Partnership Development in the Fayetteville area (we cover Fayette, Henry and Coweta Counties ). Our business continues to grow, so we are looking to add a strong relationship builder with established contacts and a drive to succeed , to our results-oriented sales and marketing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generating a regular stream of new business by focusing on consumer marketing, excellent customer service and lead follow up, referral marketing, community outreach and partnership development. Responding to new inquiries, phone/email leads, for service. Conducting in-home assessments in order to gain an understanding of client and family needs. Working with other team members such as care coordinators and schedulers to ensure client satisfaction and changing needs. Developing new referral accounts and co-marketing with community partners in the local healthcare, elder care industry, assisted living facilities and senior organizations. Providing open and effective communication with clients, family members, executives, key players, caregivers and referral providers. Documenting results and reporting progress, successes and challenges during weekly team calls. What we're looking for in a candidate: Prior client management or sales and marketing experience in the home care, health care, hospice, assisted living or senior focused industry. Proven track record - sales/business development within the industry. The ability to build and maintain community relationships. An attention to detail, follow up and client service. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to collaborate with other team members, such as care and scheduling coordinators. A person with an excellent work ethic, great attitude, sales driven/outgoing personality and strong leadership qualities. A passion for helping seniors and their families as they navigate their in-home care needs. Candidate should possess a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Understanding of the importance of goal setting and metric tracking. Tech savvy or at least the ability to grasp how technology aids in the sales process. Must pass a background test. This position pays a base salary as well as monthly and quarterly bonuses based on performance.
