Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Marketing Specialist who is fluent in both English and Spanish and has experience supporting digital marketing, CRM management, email campaigns, website content, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with marketing technology and digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute to marketing initiatives from day one. Key Responsibilities Manage and update marketing content through HubSpot and other digital platforms. Edit and maintain website content, including entering and updating information; no coding experience required . Maintain and update CRM records, preferably using Microsoft CRM . Support marketing campaigns, including email communications and campaign tracking. Use Microsoft Outlook to manage marketing emails and communications. Set up and coordinate Microsoft Teams webinars, virtual events, and meetings . Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics. Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement. Assist with developing and executing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing content and communications are accurate, timely, and consistent. Provide marketing support in both English and Spanish as needed. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish , both written and verbal. Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience with HubSpot and CRM platforms. Experience managing website content and making updates without coding. Proficiency with Microsoft Office , particularly Outlook and Teams. Experience setting up webinars or virtual events. Knowledge of campaign reporting, analytics, and marketing optimization. Understanding of SEO principles and best practices . Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on, bilingual marketing professional who is comfortable learning new systems, managing multiple marketing activities, analyzing results, and making recommendations to improve campaign performance.
