To support the Special Events team through organizing, setup, teardown, and operations of these events. To learn draught systems, draught repair and assist with draught installs. To additionally support the other various departments of Stein Distributing, delivery, and store reset.
II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather and organize event materials Verify loaded trucks with event product Check trucks back in with event product Assist in setup and teardown of events Work/lead scheduled event, some nights and weekends required. (ALL events will NOT be required to work in the evenings or weekends) Submit event labor forms Learn draught systems Assist in draught install Be able to make basic draught repairs Assist with organization and cleaning of display material
III. SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist other departments, where needed, when not working on assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience/Requirements:
Basic mechanical skills or willingness to learn Good organizational skills Clear communication Time management skills Problem solver Leadership skills CDL not required Ability to drive large vehicles and pull trailers up to 30ft or willingness to learn Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record. Must be able to bend, lift (50lbs or more), sit, squat, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
