Job Description
Marketing Coordinator:
The marketing coordinator's main goal is to increase Castle Ridge's market share and revenue by developing and implementing marketing strategies for products, services, or events. The position will be responsible for promoting Castle Ridge to new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and maximizing outreach efforts through all media platforms. The position will also oversee creative elements and layouts, work with management to develop media relationships, and direct market research efforts.Responsibilities of a marketing coordinator:
- Developing marketing policies and programs.
- Planning and overseeing advertising campaigns.
- Recommending which media to use for campaigns.
- Developing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Meeting with management to present campaigns.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborating cross-functionally.
- Reporting on marketing metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or business preferred. Previous experience in marketing and business. A history of planning successful product launches and events. Knowledge of marketing related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting.Skills:
- Strong communication skills, an ability to understand and analyze trends, and a deep understanding of marketing channels.
- Proficient with marketing and creative related software programs.
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients.
- Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
- Leadership skills to motivate team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services.
