Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports the work of the Stephens Family YMCA, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This role focuses on executing day-to-day marketing efforts with an emphasis on graphic design, website updates, and content creation. Working under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator helps bring campaigns to life, ensures brand consistency, and supports timely, high-quality marketing across all platforms.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related field preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related discipline preferred Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms) Experience assisting with website updates (CMS platforms preferred) Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems preferred Experience using project management tools such as monday.com preferred Basic photography and video editing skills preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills
