Job Description

Job Summary Caton Commercial Real Estate Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the daily operations of our marketing department across brokerage and property management. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and is responsible for coordinating marketing tasks, maintaining accurate property information, supporting internal communication, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who excels at project coordination, follow-through, data organization, and administrative support within a fast-moving commercial real estate environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Administrative Support Assist in the execution and coordination of day-to-day marketing activities across all service lines Create and update property listing flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and other graphic platforms Gather information for, and maintain property listings, marketing databases, and website content with accuracy and consistency Manage timelines and task lists to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met Prepare and schedule social media posts using existing templates and approved content Support email marketing campaigns by organizing content, preparing drafts, and coordinating distribution through Constant Contact Assist with drafting blog posts, property descriptions, basic website copy, and company updates Proofread and quality-check marketing materials before publication Reporting & Tracking Monitor and track marketing activity, social media performance, and campaign engagement Compile reports and summaries to support strategic decision-making Maintain organized files, logs, and digital archives for all marketing initiatives Qualifications Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and Constant Contact Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, including scheduling tools 1-3 years of marketing experience, real estate knowledge a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with AI tools. Portfolio required and will be reviewed
Pay:
$52,000.00 per year
