Exempt Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) digital presence and ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for the "full lifecycle" of our online products—from building high-converting listings to driving traffic via email, social media, and SEO-driven content. Key Responsibilities Product Launch & Listing Management Lead the execution of new product launches across our Shopify/DTC store and other retail platforms. Optimize listings for SEO and conversion, including writing compelling titles, bullet points, and backend keywords. Perform routine audits and edits to product descriptions, technical specs, and pricing to ensure 100% accuracy. Email & Content Strategy Develop and manage the monthly email marketing calendar, including automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart) and promotional campaigns. Write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts that position our brand as an authority in our niche. Draft copy for social media posts that align with seasonal trends and product launches. Creative Coordination Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer to request and refine hero banners, email graphics, and social media assets. Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimized for both desktop and mobile viewing.Qualifications Experience:
3-5 years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.Platform Knowledge:
Proficiency with Shopify (or similar CMS), Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and social media management tools.Copywriting:
