Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Market Radio & Digital Sales Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on business-to-business sales, helping local businesses reach their audience through custom advertising solutions on
WSPY 107.1
FM and WSPYnews.com . You'll work closely with clients, building lasting relationships while contributing to the growth of both their businesses and our station.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, consult, and secure new business through radio, digital, and sponsorship advertising packages. Develop strong, ongoing client relationships by understanding business goals and creating customized marketing solutions. Collaborate with our creative and production teams to craft compelling radio spots and digital ads. Stay informed on market trends, local business developments, and advertising innovations. Manage leads, proposals, and communications using CRM tools to maintain organized sales processes. Deliver excellent customer service, acting as a trusted marketing advisor for clients. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing (preferred, not required). Proven ability to close deals, and maintain client relationships. Strong communication, and presentation, skills. Knowledge of marketing strategy, branding, and local business needs. Self-driven with a team-player mentality and strong time management skills. Familiarity with the local business landscape and community is a plus.
