Marketing and Outreach Coordinator!

Summit Healthcare Group is looking for a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to join our team in the Springfield area! We're looking for someone who is bubbly, motivated, personable, and eager to grow . While healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus, it is not required . We're open to someone with a strong marketing, sales, communications, community outreach, or relationship-building background who is ready to learn and immerse themselves in the long-term care industry. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, community organizations, businesses, and other referral partners Represent our facility and organization at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities Help develop and implement creative marketing and outreach strategies Promote our services, programs, and what makes our facilities a great place for residents and employees Develop new community partnerships and referral relationships Follow up with referral sources and maintain strong ongoing relationships Assist with marketing materials, social media, community events, and other promotional efforts Identify new opportunities to increase community awareness and engagement Collaborate with facility leadership and team members to support census and business development goals Learn the long-term care industry and become knowledgeable about our services, residents, and communities Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Energetic, outgoing, and personable Comfortable meeting and talking with new people A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships A self-starter and go-getter Creative and willing to think outside the box Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable representing an organization in the community Eager to learn and grow within the long-term care industry Positive, professional, and team-oriented Experience Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus but not required!
