The student worker for Equity, Belonging and Servingness (EBS) represents the office and helps foster an inclusive, supportive, and student-centered campus environment. The Student Worker supports daily office operations by welcoming students, connecting them with campus resources, assisting with programs and events, promoting engagement, and supporting initiatives for historically underserved and underrepresented student populations, including first-generation students, students of color, adult learners, multilingual students, parenting students, veterans, students with disabilities, LGBTQ students, low-income students, and others who may benefit from additional support.
