Senior Director of Business Development FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Coordinates the day-to-day marketing initiatives and assists the development on various marketing and communication initiatives in conjunction with the Executive Vice President. These responsibilities include the strategic plan, branding, collateral and advertisements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Marketing:
Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan to retain existing customers and acquire new customers. Assist in the development and implementation a comprehensive and aligned strategic internal communications plan. Work collaboratively with Account Managers to ensure specific marketing needs are being met and individual marketing plans are being executed. Coordinate participation and attendance at conferences and trade shows. Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team to support customer satisfaction and account performance objectives. Coordinate development and integration of all advertising, including online/offline, advertising, public relations, tradeshows, internal/external events, case studies, testimonials, and other campaigns to generate awareness and interest. Monitor, analyze and maintain all website updates for both INTREN's public website (INTREN.com) and INTREN's internal intranet (ICE.INTREN.com), including social media communications. Negotiate with media vendors to secure agreements for translation of materials into other media. Be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign results. Assist with planning and administering marketing budget. Maintain relationships with outside marketing and media vendors. Gather and maintains job site picture database. May travel to various offices to maintain open communication and ensure all marketing needs are being met.
Corporate Social Responsibility/Stewardship:
Assist with development a comprehensive and aligned corporate social responsibility plan to create a sustainable future through diversity, community outreach, and environmental sustainability. Coordinate corporate social responsibility plan with assistance of leadership team and business development team. Assist with planning and administering CSR budget. Coordinate relationships with outside organizations and non-profits.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising or business management, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related position. Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices. Ability to compile and analyze performance data. Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management, organizational and leadership skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
