Marketing Coordinator Position Summary Graber Post Buildings, Inc. is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist with the company's day-to-day marketing activities. This position will work on a variety of projects including graphic design, social media, photography and video, digital and print advertising, website content, recruiting materials, trade shows, customer events, and other marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous marketing and graphic design experience with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. This is a hands-on position that includes both office-based creative work and opportunities to travel, attend events, visit projects, and gather content. Job Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day marketing activities for Graber Post Buildings and related companies/divisions. Design and update marketing materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, advertisements, signage, product literature, direct-mail pieces, and digital graphics. Use Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to create and edit professional marketing materials. Create, schedule, and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Photograph and video GPB projects, products, facilities, employees, customer projects, and company events. Edit photos and videos for social media, advertisements, recruiting, website content, and other promotional uses. Assist with maintaining and updating company websites, including product information, photos, promotions, and other content. Assist with digital, print, radio, and other advertising campaigns. Develop recruiting advertisements, employee communications, and other company materials. Work with outside vendors including printers, apparel suppliers, advertising representatives, promotional product suppliers, and other marketing partners. Assist with branded apparel, promotional products, giveaways, and company merchandise. Maintain organized libraries of company photos, videos, logos, artwork, templates, and other marketing assets. Help ensure consistent branding across print, digital, signage, apparel, and other marketing materials. Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, spelling, product information, and brand consistency. Work with sales, manufacturing, logistics, and other departments to gather information and develop marketing content. Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows, open houses, customer events, community events, and other promotional activities. Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines simultaneously. Perform other marketing-related duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, is strongly preferred. Basic-to-intermediate or greater proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working within these programs without requiring extensive introductory training. Previous experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, advertising, or a related field is preferred. Ability to create professional digital and print-ready marketing materials. Good understanding of graphic design fundamentals including layout, typography, image quality, and brand consistency. Experience with or working knowledge of Google Ads , including search campaigns, keyword targeting, ad copy, budgets, and basic campaign optimization. Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and best practices. Familiarity with keyword research and the ability to identify search terms and content opportunities relevant to GPB's products, services, and target customers. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and using website data to evaluate traffic, user behavior, conversions, and marketing performance. Familiarity with Google Search Console and its use in monitoring organic search performance, search queries, indexing, and website visibility. Understanding of basic on-page SEO , including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, website copy, internal linking, image optimization, and keyword usage. Ability to assist with website content development and optimization for both customers and search engines. Familiarity with paid social media advertising through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is preferred. Ability to review basic marketing performance metrics and help identify opportunities to improve advertising campaigns, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Familiarity with email marketing, digital campaigns, and customer communications is a plus. Understanding of how print, digital, social media, website content, and paid advertising work together as part of an overall marketing strategy. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear and engaging marketing copy. Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. Creative mindset with the ability to develop ideas and turn them into finished marketing materials. Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of assigned projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms from a business/marketing perspective. Photography and video editing experience is preferred. Strong general computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with employees across multiple departments. Experience or familiarity with construction, manufacturing, building products, or agriculture is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or training in marketing, graphic design, communications, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus. Travel & Events Some travel is required to attend and support trade shows, customer events, company events, and other marketing activities. Some travel may require overnight stays and occasional work outside normal business hours. Assist with the transportation, setup, operation, and teardown of trade show booths, displays, signage, promotional materials, and other event equipment. Professionally represent Graber Post Buildings when interacting with customers, vendors, and industry partners at trade shows and other events. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, carry, and move 50 pounds or more as needed for trade show and event setup and teardown. Must be able to assist with setting up and taking down displays, signage, tables, marketing materials, and other event equipment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during trade shows, customer events, photo/video shoots, and other marketing activities. Ability to safely perform the physical tasks associated with event setup, teardown, and marketing activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
