Full Job Description Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the firm's Marketing Manager on a range of marketing and communications functions to support continued growth and help maintain its unique culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
External communications:
  • Coordinate with Marketing Manager on timely updates to the firm's website
  • Update and post materials to the firm's social media channels
  • Take the lead
  • with Marketing Manager's review
  • of preparation and dissemination of regular newsletters and other communiques
  • Prepare content from appropriate sources, including subject matter experts from within the firm
  • for blog, website, newsletter, press releases, etc.
Supporting internal firm culture:
  • Actively coordinating internal Fun Committee events
  • Supporting college/university recruiting efforts with collateral and materials
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of firm materials for new employee onboarding
  • Helping plan and manage internal events, e.g., firmwide meetings and functions and those of internal communities such as KLWIN, NextGen, and others Marketing, communications, and business development activities:
  • Respond to internal requests for proposals; promptly draft proposals and supporting materials
  • Work with Marketing Manager to plan and execute external firm events (CFO Summit, open houses, etc.) and other events at which the firm is represented
  • Maintain and update database(s) for events and client recognition
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in managing requests for sponsorships and community investments
Primary Qualifications:
Four-year degree in Marketing/Communications ideal 2-4 years of marketing communications experience, ideally in a professional service environment Strengths in graphic design and writing Versatility; flexibility; strong service orientation Strong fit with the firm's culture and values
