Job Summary Panda Fest is hiring energetic and outgoing Festival Sales Staff for our upcoming Kansas City event. This is a guest-facing sales position in a fast-paced festival environment. We are looking for friendly, confident team members who enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable actively promoting and selling products to festival guests.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Responsibilities Actively promote and sell Panda Fest products to festival guests Approach and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner Explain products and promotions clearly Assist customers with purchases and answer questions Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well stocked Assist with product setup, restocking, and inventory organization Work closely with the onsite event team to meet sales goals Qualifications Excellent English communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and confident approaching and speaking with guests Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Comfortable actively promoting and selling products Reliable and punctual Able to stand and walk for extended periods in a busy festival environment Previous sales, retail, customer service, brand ambassador, promotional, or event experience is preferred Comfortable using a mobile POS/payment system Must be available to work all three event days Schedule Friday, October 9: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Saturday, October 10: 9:00 AM-10:00 PM Sunday, October 11: 9:00 AM-9:00 PM Applicants must be available for the full assigned shift on all three days .
