Marketing Coordinator - Kansas The Marketing Coordinator supports FosterAdopt Connect's marketing and communications efforts for Kansas programs and branches. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Senior Coordinator and program teams, this position helps helps coordinate marketing projects, maintain a consistent brand presence across digital and print channels, and support organizational events and initiatives. You'll help manage social media content, create flyers and other promotional materials, coordinate projects with the Marketing Department, and use basic photography, videography, and editing skills to support marketing and communications efforts. This isn't just a marketing position—it's an opportunity to use your creativity and communication skills to increase awareness, strengthen community connections, and help more people discover the programs and services FosterAdopt Connect provides. Qualifications & Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree preferred in journalism, television production, public relations, marketing, communications, or a closely related field. Creative, motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to create engaging marketing and promotional materials while maintaining established brand standards. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and other software used to create, edit, and manage marketing materials and communications. Familiarity with social media content calendars and scheduling platforms, such as Sprout Social. Familiarity with project management platforms, such as Trello, preferred. Basic photography, videography, and editing skills. Ability to travel within surrounding counties and participate in occasional evening and weekend events. Compensation and Benefits Compensation commensurate with experience.
