PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing & Content Assist in capturing and creating original content (photo, video, written) for Cincy's social media platforms for leisure travel, as well as MeetNKY platforms Assist in developing blog content and website copy updates

• Assist with first-party data collection and organization aligned to email marketing goals
• Supporting maintenance of digital asset libraries Partner Communications & Engagement Support team in drafting and distributing partner communications (including MeetNKY specific efforts) Assist with marketing updates related to Kentucky Tourism efforts Respond to partner inquiries and support ongoing communications Support organizational and meeting-focused social media efforts Events & Administrative Support Assist with event preparation and on-site support as needed Provide administrative and organizational support to the marketing team Track projects, maintain documentation, and support reporting needs

QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, tourism, or related field preferred Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems Basic knowledge of data management systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to support multiple projects and deadlines

• Basic knowledge of Northern Kentucky/ Cincy Region, hotels, and tourist attractions with ability/desire to learn more
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), use of Simpleview
• Standing for long periods of time at tradeshows or events
• Ability to work extended hours (nights, weekends, overnight travel)
• Use of personal vehicle as needed
• Ability to lift (up to 30lbs)

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
