Full Job Description Description:
Job Summary Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is a full-service casual dining sports bar known for its energetic gameday atmosphere, scratch-made food, and unmatched hospitality. The Regional LRM Manager supports, leads and implements creative strategic Marketing and Social Media campaigns to help us drive brand awareness and sales through effective marketing strategies and social media engagement for assigned Walk-On's locations.
Duties/Responsibilities Develop and Implement Marketing Plans:
Create and execute marketing initiatives; create / edit organic content, working with restaurant LRMs, WOE marketing support, Facebook / Buffer / Meta systems.
Manage Marketing Budgets:
Plan restaurant LRM spend according to budgets, ensuring all campaigns and activities are cost-effective. Organize, manage and execute out of store events such as large catering, food drops and other community engagement opportunities. Seek and develop relationships with local businesses to facilitate catering, on-site and off-site events that drive sales and profitability. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
Social Media Management:
Manage content creation by individual stores ensuring adherence to brand standards and Ten Eight guidelines. Develop and execute social media strategies and create content creation that can be used across all Ten Eight locations. Ability to hold each restaurant accountable for timely submission of required weekly social media content and franchisor-required planning documents. Regular travel to restaurants to visit with operators and LRMs to discuss marketing efforts, sales trends, current and upcoming opportunities.
Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and social media, particularly within the restaurant industry. Serve as a liaison between Ten Eight leadership, corporate marketing and restaurant teams to ensure alignment and execution. Take ownership of projects taking them from ideas to successful execution with limited oversight.
Requirements:
Required Skills / Abilities Creativity, self-motivation, pursuit of excellence Availability during events, which may fall during evening and weekend hours Strong understanding of marketing principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to help other team members. Commitment to supporting operations and providing adequate feedback and solutions as needed Self-motivated, ability to independently own projects and offer solutions Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment Ability to travel to restaurant locations in the Louisiana and east Texas markets Proficiency in social media platforms and tools; ability to create and edit content Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required Proven experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in the restaurant or other multi-unit concept Previous experience managing social media pages & content Previous experience managing a team Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
