Do you have experience running structured marketing and outreach systems that drive measurable results? If you thrive on process, tracking, and follow-through — and want to put those skills toward a mission that helps kids — we want to talk to you. Join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic in Baton Rouge. We're looking for a detail-oriented, systems-driven Marketing Coordinator who can build repeatable processes for outreach, track results, and execute consistently across referral development, content, and intake support. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain an ongoing engagement plan for 20+ key referral partners (doctors, schools, homeschool co-ops), tracking visit cadence and outcomes monthly Build and run a structured marketing calendar — social media, email campaigns, website updates, video content, and events — with clear metrics for reach and lead generation Manage the client evaluation scheduling pipeline to keep intake moving efficiently Serve as a dependable, organized resource the admin team can count on to execute without hand-holding Qualifications College degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred Experience building and running structured marketing or outreach systems — tracking spreadsheets, CRMs, content calendars, or campaign dashboards Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ongoing initiatives independently and drive them to completion without close oversight Comfortable working with data — tracking engagement, response rates, and referral activity to show what's working Strong written communication skills; comfortable representing the brand in professional, low-pressure settings (in-person visits, email outreach) Organized and process-oriented — you build a system once and execute it reliably over time
