Admissions Coordinator Lacombe Nursing Centre is seeking an Admissions Coordinator. Qualified applicants will be reliable, dedicated team players and computer literate. Seeking candidates with customer service, sales, and patient intake experience. Long-term care experience is preferred. This is primarily a Monday through Friday position, but extended shifts or some weekend work may occur occasionally as needed. Experienced LTC Admissions Coordinators are invited to apply. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. The Admissions Coordinator assists the Administrator with intake and assessment process of referral services, completing insurance verifications and pre-certification, marketing and converting admissions to grow over all facility census. The Admissions Coordinator maintains relationships with community referral sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, hospices and ensures continity of patient care.
