Part-Time Marketing Coordinator Description:

20 hours per week | $20-$25/hour | Non-Exempt The Cabot is seeking ananized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of marketing for The Cabot and Off Cabot. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and Communications and the Director of Event Marketing, the Coordinator will help promote performances, films, programs, and

anizational initiatives across our , email, social media, and onsite channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen: building event pages, adapting graphics, drafting emails, keeping onsite promotions current,

anizing creative assets, and making sure the many details behind our marketing are accurate, enticing, and on time. The ideal candidate isanized, a strong writer, digitally savvy, and has a good visual eye—along with genuine enthusiasm for contributing to a busy nonprofit artsanization. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Content

  • Build and update event pages via WordPress, including images, artist information, ticket links, and other event details
  • Build and format email drafts in DotDigital using established templates, assisting with email links, images, audience selections, and proofreading
  • Create and adapt graphics using established Canva templates and brand standards, reformatting artwork for email, web, social media, digital displays, and other uses
  • Create,anize, and maintain a searchable archive of photos, videos, and digital assets
  • Draft social media posts and other short-form marketing copy Marketing Operations & Support
  • Keep posters, digital displays, lobby signage, and other onsite promotional materials current
  • Proofread and quality-check marketing materials for accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, special projects, and
    anizational initiatives
Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour,mensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who has:
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing,munications, arts administration, or a related field; relevant internships or volunteer experience are wee
  • Stronganizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong writtenmunication and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt to brand voice and for multiple channels
  • Comfort executing workflows across multiple digital platforms
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with Canva or a similar graphic design programs and a good eye for visual presentation
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly and
  • Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and take ownership of assigned projects
  • Enthusiasm for live music, film, arts and culture, andmunity engagement ful, but not required:
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Dotdigital, Mailchimp, or Constant
  • Experience updating s or working with a content management system
  • Basic graphic design, photography, photo editing, or short-form video skills including fluency with InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience working in arts and entertainment, nonprofit, events, hospitality, or another fast-paced environmentSchedule & Work Environment This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week.

Most of the hours will take place during regular business hours, with occasional evening or weekend availability for events or special projects. Because this position includes onsite marketing and coordination with The Cabot team, regular in-person work at The Cabot offices in downtown Beverly is required. This positionbinesputer-based office work with work throughout The Cabot and Off Cabot venues. The employee must be able to:

  • Regularly use aputer and other standard office equipment
  • Move throughout the theater, including stairs, to update signage and marketing materials and support events
  • Occasionally stand or walk for extended periods during events
  • Occasionally lift and carry supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
