Job Overview Balloons All Over is looking for a reliable, creative, hands-on Balloon Install Specialist to join our team! We create elevated balloon décor for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, schools, grand openings, and celebrations throughout Central Massachusetts. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an eye for detail, and can bring energy and professionalism to every event. Weekday Prep Prepare balloons, garlands, columns, centerpieces, and other décor for upcoming events Inflate, size, and organize balloons Assist with assembling and prepping installations Pack vehicles and event supplies Organize and maintain balloon inventory and equipment Assist with cleaning, breakdown, and proper disposal of materials Help keep our workspace organized and event-ready Event Installations Assist with delivering and installing balloon décor at event venues Build organic balloon garlands, arches, columns, backdrops, and specialty installations Install décor according to design plans and company standards Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Assist with event breakdowns when needed Represent Balloons All Over professionally when working with clients and venues Experience Customer Service experience required Valid drivers license required, to drive company vehicle DIY, Creative and Arts related experience preferred Vinyl/ Cricut experience preferred Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must be able to climb ladders Balloon experience NOT required. We will train We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that the little details matter. Our installations are designed to look polished, intentional, and high-end — so we're looking for someone who wants to learn the craft and help us create beautiful events for our clients. This is a physical, hands-on job — not a desk job! You'll be moving balloons, loading vehicles, building installations, and getting your hands dirty.
