Company Description Cummings Architecture + Interiors is a full-service architecture and interior design firm specializing in imaginative, finely detailed custom homes that enhance everyday life. The team designs a range of projects across New England, including historic residences, contemporary waterfront properties, and vacation homes, and has earned multiple design awards and media recognition over the past 20 years. Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented professional who's passionate about crafting compelling content, analyzing marketing performance, and engaging audiences through innovative social media strategies. As a vital part of our marketing team, you will drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support our overall digital marketing efforts with enthusiasm and precision. This is an in-office, part-time role in our Ipswich office. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction. Manage daily social media operations, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments to maintain active communication channels. Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and media editing tools to support content marketing initiatives. Monitor digital marketing performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms; analyze data related to social media metrics, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing performance. Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels) and capture high-quality photos on-site. Ensure all visual and written content strictly adheres to brand guidelines. Organize and maintain a digital asset library of images, logos, and design files Assist the team with events, campaigns, and other promotional duties as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications preferred. 2+ years of experience managing social media and developing creative content. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign or Photoshop. Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills preferred but not required. Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Interest in architecture, interior design, or luxury residential markets, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency. Clear, professional writing skills for marketing content, social media, email campaigns, and basic PR or award submissions. Project management abilities, including organizing workflows, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work on-site in Ipswich, MA, with reliability and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
