Successful candidates must have the ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. This team member helps to reinforce the Westboro brand and culture. Our eCommerce Sales Specialist positions will be responsible for generating business through daily business traffic and outside sources. Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Respond to leads in accordance with dealer policy for response speed, frequency and length of time. Work Internet Leads from lead receipt to vehicle delivery. Provide clear price quotes in accordance with dealership pricing policy. Implement an ongoing procedure for periodic lead response email and phone follow-up. Achieve dealership objectives for Internet sales close rate, Internet sales volume, average response speed, and required number of contacts. Record all contact attempts and contact discussion notes into the dealerships CRM.Responsible for the inbound calls. Responsible for the outbound follow up calls.
