Assist with the creation, formatting, and revision of marketing and materials using Adobe InDesign templates.

Campaign & Database Management:

Prepare and distribute email marketing eblasts while maintaining and updating the team's contact database in HubSpot.

Reporting & Timelines:

Build deal-specific marketing timelines and assemble the weekly Marketing Report by pulling updates from Smartsheet into InDesign layouts.

General Deal Support:

Provide ongoing marketing, revision, and production support for active deals and new client assignments as needed.
